Return Eligibility

Parts must be in their original, unopened packaging. Electrical components (sensors, ECUs, wiring) are strictly non-returnable once the factory seal is broken due to the risk of short-circuiting during improper testing.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not the result of a fulfillment error by AutoRealm JA.

Defective Items

Items found to be factory-defective will be exchanged for the same item. If the item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
