1. Product Fitment Responsibility
While AutoRealm JA provides fitment tools and VIN verification, the final responsibility for ensuring a part is correct for your vehicle rests with the customer. Special orders placed based on incorrect customer-provided data may be subject to restocking fees.
2. Special Orders
Special orders require a minimum 50% deposit before procurement begins. Lead times provided are estimates and may vary based on international logistics and customs processing in Jamaica.
3. Limitation of Liability
AutoRealm JA is not liable for any mechanical failure, labor costs, or damages resulting from the improper installation of parts by non-certified technicians.
